this code was written boldly on my calves and arms. thats my registation number for extreme sports in sentosa held earlier.

well, it wasn't as intensed as i expected, but i didn't get the 1st place though. i had my moment of glory when i ran first after the loop from the beach run, but my momentum was spoilt when a group of elderlys were crossing the bridge. we had to stop and walk behind them slowly.

it really caused me to tire out.

did 30 situps real quick and walked up to the left tower for 30 pumpings. i did 22 straight pumpings, before resting for like, 3 seconds? then finished the 30 pumpings.

then, we had to go all the way down, and climb up another tower to be tested on bible verse memory.

irony.

the answer was given at the bottom of the tower. the staffs were flashing the answer, asking everyone to memorize it. its really stupid to walk up the stairs, den a round on the platform, reciting the verse and walk down the stairs again.

then, its continous running non stop till the end. well, i did stop cause i had sharp pains on the right side of my stomach. but i guess im in the top 10 of wave F.

my partner got knocked when he was swimming, and he wasn't able to continue the race=/ but thank God he was saved by the lifeguards, and nothing serious happened to him.

before i headed for sentosa, i was in church training for parade of schools. more planning, editing and trainings today. jierui and i managed to get our timings right, and we were successful when we had to lift samantha above our heads during the cheer.

we got new dance steps, and its really cool! thanks to brother kenny, who's Pastor Sun's dancer, he gave us some tips and changed the beginning of our dance. i think that its quite cool now~ =P

God is really opening doors of opportunity for us! more and more people are getting involved in the stunts, instead of just doing the dance. i think that its really cool and everyone gets to play a important part in the stunts. especially the final 1, which is one of our highlites=P

i can't wait!!

but, i can't help but feel that we need more training sessions. but, the main people from magnum force are having their camps. argh! anyway, training is fun!
