okay, ready one two down up down up!

woah! i always thought that cheerleading is gayish, but my experience today in church changed my thinking, TOTALLY.

met up with samantha at jurong point around 4 plus, and we had KFC for lunch. then, headed to coperation road to boonlay police post. samantha needs to make a police report regarding her lost wallet.

well, we waited for about 30 minutes before giving up. the policeman told us to wait outside as he's busy with another case. apparently, the girl ran away from home, and her family found her at east coast park.

headed to church for parade of schools (POS), but realised that the timings were changed to 7pm.

suddenly remembered that there's a police post at the community centre opposite CHC, and we went searching for it. she made a report over there, and slacked at KFC afterwards.

samantha had a nightmare when she took a nap at KFC. lolx=P

POS rehearsals! we were all divided into groups, and each group has 2 bases, 1 backman, 3 flyers. well, bases are people who basically hold the foot of the flyers, backman is to support and flyers, obviously are those standing and being thrown.

though its my first time doing it, i didn't quite panic as i didn't want to scare the girls in my group. lolx=P

well, everyone had their jitters when the first person fell. but slowly, our confidence and coordination built up and things went smoothly. its quite taxing to support the weight of the flyer at the beginning, but as we were taught the right method, it become extremely easy=P

i guess i caused a flyer her injury. when she fell, i was too slow to grab her legs and she fell knee first. sigh. after that fall, she could not join us for stunts as her knee hurt. argh! >.<

another flyer wasn't caught properly and she dislocated her shoulder, i think. but after massaging, her shoulder got back in place. but, she could not continue training.

i guess this really shows that teamwork is extremely important, and everyone of us have to look out for each other. if either one of us makes a mistake, it could cause serious injuries to others=/

well, looking forward to tomorrow's training!! =D
